Applications

LSB (Laminated Strand Board) is based on ordinary oriented strand board (OSB). It uses a diamond roller paving machine to evenly spread fine materials on the upper and lower surfaces, resulting in a smooth and flat surface. The core layer is composed of multiple layers of large shavings oriented and laid, then hot-pressed into shape in one go. The surface of LSB is finer and smoother than pure OSB, effectively reducing the cost of surface finishing while retaining the structural advantages of OSB, meeting various finishing processing needs.

Using isocyanate (MDI) adhesive, LSB has low formaldehyde emissions and is insoluble in water, providing good moisture resistance and weatherability. The formaldehyde emission is nearly zero, making it safe for use in living environments. LSB can be widely used in interior decoration, furniture, veneered cabinets, construction formwork, packaging boxes, loading pallets, and vehicle compartments.
