Production Areas and Distribution
The Chilean Pine is primarily distributed in the southern Andes region of Chile and Argentina. In Chile, it grows in the southern and central parts of the Andes, including the regions o southern Andes of Patagonia. Chilean Pine typically thrives at elevations between 1,000 and 1,800 meters above sea level in cold mountainous climates, which are its preferred habitats.
